[NN] Re: Fw: [HEL] Aajonous Vonderploanitz Interview from 10/15

I don't think anyone here could argue against raw meat, raw eggs, and raw dairy...whether fresh or fermented. They are really healthy foods. I just believe a lot of Aajonus's theories are bogus, and that a lot of his 'science' doesn't add up.

I don't believe its necessary to go to those extremes such as eating cold fermented raw meat during the winter to be healthy. If you read Weston A Prices work we already know humans are able to eat a varied diet and live free of disease with vibrant health...yet if I mention that to someone who believes in Aajonus they assure me those people Weston A Price studied would have lived to be closer to 200 years old if they were eating the primal diet. Yes a number of people have actually told me that.
