Re: [NN] pain in upper chest, upper back, and left hand.

I have to agree, there are good ones and there are definitely bad ones.
I've NEVER had keener pain when I left the chiropractor. A good one
should also not leave you feeling like you've been ripped in half or
turned into a pretzel or that you feel like you were rushed through. You
may feel tired and need to nap a little but definitely no increase in pain.

I actually go to see my chiropractor for a full adjustment when I'm
getting close to my birthing time. It makes the whole labor so much
nicer and then I also go to him about a week after for another full
adjustment then I feel a lot more comfortable during recovery.
