He said Einstein didn't use salt because it is not stable. It would have exploded long before hitting it's target. Very dangerous to work with.
I really don't know why cheese, whey, butter, milk, and yogurt are so different in the benefits they give. I would think milk has the most benefits because it hasn't been stripped or seperated from any of it's other properties. It should have all the nutritional benefits of all the other products that are derived from it I would imagine. Whey digest much faster and yogurt carries a lot more probiotics in it. It may be good that milk digests slow so you get a more consistant source of protein and don't have to consume as many meals throughout the day. Cheese is usually heated so I don't see any real nutritional purpose to it over milk. I'd rather just get raw milk as it is much cheaper than raw butter or raw cheese anyhow.

There are so many people around here (Los Angeles) that follow Aajonus's teachings like he is the messiah or something... so I was curious and listened to the interview, and he definitely has some crazy ideas.
For instance, in the second part of the interview in an argument against salt, he stated that the amount of sodium the size of a softball would create an explosion worse than an atomic bomb. Think about that, and the implications it would have if it was true. Why the hell would the Einstein have been working with uranium if that much sodium could create a bigger explosion?
Also, I get really confused hearing about his mantra that raw cheese acts like a sponge and absorbs toxins. The reason cheese has its texture is because of coagulated casein, which immediately starts unwinding and getting broken down when you eat it. What else is left to absorb toxins once that structure of cheese (the protein) gets broken down?
I really have a hard time understanding why some people are so in love with this guy's teachings... yet he does have quite a bit of adamant followers.
