It would make sense that the zombie "sightings" would be like what happened to that women and would be a loss of motor functions, maybe some people can be far worse off than her. Her video stated it can happen to 1 out of a million people. That would mean if everyone were to get the shot and there is a population of 6 billion then possibly 6000 people could inherit this problem. They called it dystopia.
